Check-in is at 14.00 hrs
Check-out is at 11.00 am
Early check-in & check-out is available on request, although a charge may apply.
Children and families
Children of all ages are welcome. A limited number of family rooms are available.
Children up to the age of 13 are free when sharing their parents room. Meals are charged as follows
Meals-
0-13 Eat Free (on the basis that they are sharing their parents room)
14+ Children over the age of 13 are charged a full adult price for meal and accommodation.
Cots and high chairs are also available free of charge.
Communications – email, fax, modem & facilities
Fax and photocopying facilities are available at Reception. The hotel also has wifi internet access in the bedrooms, meeting rooms and public areas
Currency and credit cards accepted
We accept £ sterling and travellers cheques as well as all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, JCB. All cheques must be accompanied by a valid bank card.
Disabled
Accessible rooms are available for guests and the public areas are all fully accessible.
Function Rooms
The hotel boasts 2 private function rooms, including the Ken Barnes Banqueting room, which can cater for up to 100 guest’s theatre style.

Pets
Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the hotel with the exception of assistance dogs.
Restaurant
The Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner 7 days a week. Breakfast is served buffet style & is £12.95 for full English breakfast. The restaurant offers dinner seven days a week from our specials menu, as well as an extensive fine dining A La Carte menu
Bar
The 888 bar offers light snacks and meals 7 days a week
Service Charge
Gratuities are at the customers’ discretion
Smoking
We have a limited number of smoking bedrooms available. All other areas of the hotel are non smoking
Special diets
We cater for just about any special diets, but advance notice is preferred. Vegetarian options are available at all times in our bar, restaurant & room service.
Special occasions – if you’re celebrating one during your stay....we can make it memorable....
