The moment you make contact with our Meetings network team, you’ll be assigned as member of staff whose job it is to take care of all aspects of your booking, arrange the meeting space you require – everything in fact, right down to your individual IT requirements and refreshment preferences

Personalising the space you need
Holiday Inn has a range of meeting facilities to suit every need, no matter how individual. These range from boardrooms and large conference suites to our exclusive range of specially designed academy meeting rooms and training suites. Whatever space you require, every one is ergonomically designed for maximum comfort and efficiency.

We can provide support with your audio-visual. IT and telecommunication requirements. Add that to our network of qualified support staff and you’ll rest easy knowing you’ve got a service you can rely on. Enhanced IT solutions will include high speed internet access, giving you and your delegates the freedom to work and access mail in selected business centres, lobby and lounge areas and even in guest bedrooms.

We also provide assistance with, amongst other things, any binding, photocopying and printing you may require.

First impressions count. So when your company delegates arrive, we’ll make sure they are members of the Meetings Network team on hand to greet them. Your dedicated Meetings Host will then be your delegates’ one point of contact during and after the meeting. Their job will be to ensure everything runs smoothly, promptly respond to any requests and anticipate any problems that may occur.

For those staying overnight, our staff will do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible; although there are some things we prefer to leave to you – like your choice from the pillow menu, or what you’d like for breakfast in the morning. Our friendly restaurant is the perfect place to relax and soothe away the tension after that hard day’s work and meetings.
