The Holiday Inn Manchester Central Park boasts 6 high quality, state of the art meeting rooms.  The Academy Conference Centre situated on the 5th floor of the hotel is a purpose built modern meeting centre. Boasting 4 meeting rooms all with natural day light, air conditioning, Plasma TV (with laptop connectivity), Screen, flipchart and white boards, telephone points, power points and WIFi throughout.

The Academy reception is the perfect place to take a break from your meeting, with the sofas and chairs, you dedicated conference host will ensure that you needs are taken care of. If the weather is good, why not step out on to our roof terrace for some fresh air? With views out towards Manchester, the Manchester City Stadium and the far off rolling hills, the tables, chairs and sofas are the a welcome change.
The MC2 Boardroom is a permanent boardroom with a solid wood boardroom table with executive leather chairs for a maximum of 12. The room is panelled in the same wood as the table and also the side unit, from this room you have you own access to the main roof terrace. 

The 888 Suite, Corporate Suite and Manchester Suites are modern meeting rooms that offer you state of the art technology, natural day light and air conditioning. Each room is versatile to meet your conference needs and requirements. The Manchester Suite also benefits from a private roof terrace for you to extend the space and also to enjoy the private putting green on your breaks.

he Ken Barnes Suite and John Bray Suites are located on the ground floor of the hotel with level access through. The Ken Barnes is are largest room holding up to 100 delegates in a Theatre style. The conference rooms also benefit from natural day light, air conditioning, WIFi and technology. The Ken Barnes also makes a perfect room to hold a evening functions.

  • Before the event: we’ll respond to your enquiry within 2 hours and you’ll have a proposal the next working day. You’ll be assigned your own meeting host prior to your arrival and we will recon firm all details with you.
  • On arrival: Your host will be expecting you, will confirm your agenda and show you your facilities and equipment. Your meeting room will be ready at least one hour before your event is due to start.
  • During the event: Your timetable is our timetable. We’ll do all we can to make sure you have a trouble free meeting. During the event you’ll have direct communication with your meeting host and an agreed messaging service that ensures prompt attention and minimum disruption. As the organiser, you’ll receive preferential treatment throughout, including and opportunity to review your invoice wit us prior to departure to make sure everything’s in order. You’ll, also benefit from late checkout on day of departure.
  • How did we do?: We really welcome your comments, so your meeting host will ask for your feedback at the end of the event. We’re always .looking to improve our high quality and service standards as we look forward to working with you again and again.
